Technical Manager

Job Summary

The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing technical operations related to well stimulation activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of operations, providing technical support, and maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise well stimulation operations and technical activities.

Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams.

Review operational procedures, technical reports, and engineering documentation.

Ensure proper maintenance and readiness of equipment and tools.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments on technical matters.

Troubleshoot operational and technical issues during field activities.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Monitor operational performance and recommend continuous improvements.



Requirements

Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree / PhD in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in well stimulation operations.

Strong technical knowledge in well stimulation activities and equipment.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to travel and work offshore/on-site when required.
