Technician

Requirements
-Basic knowledge of computers and hardware.
-Must have own transport and valid driver's license (frequent site visits required).
-Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
-SPM or equivalent; technical certificate or diploma in Electronics/IT is an advantage.
-Experience in printer repair is preferred (but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
-Understanding of printer mechanics, electronics, drivers, and network integration is a plus.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
-Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
-Diagnose and repair printers and related equipment, ensuring timely and quality service.
-Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing to minimize printer downtime.
-Troubleshoot software and hardware printing issues.
-Install, configure, and upgrade printer systems and related peripherals.
-Provide technical support and basic operation training to customers.
-Maintain accurate service records, including repairs, parts usage, and reporting.
-Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
-Stay updated with the latest printer technologies and industry developments.
