TECHNICIAN

Job description:

Maintenance & Servicing
- Conduct regular inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance of robotic vending machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues to ensure machines are always in safe and efficient working condition.

Installation & Commissioning
- Carry out site inspections prior to installation.
Install, configure, and commission vending machines at customer locations.
- Ensure proper testing and calibration before handover.

Technical Support
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, malfunctions, or service calls.
- Provide on-site technical support and ensure minimal downtime for customers.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs accurately and submit on time.
- Update records on machine status, spare parts used, and follow-up actions required.

Teamwork & Training
- Work independently on assigned tasks but also collaborate with the engineering and operations team when needed.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve technical skills.

Other Duties
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor or management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.
