Technician (based in Perak)

POSITION: TECHNICIAN

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain all electrical, mechanical, electronic, refrigeration/air conditioning, and other related equipment.

Do the schedule Preventive Maintenance of the machine and equipment.

Maintain housekeeping of the maintenance and fabrication area.

Assisting with maintenance jobs as per maintenance supervision.

To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

To assist and support all initiatives for Food Safety, Health, and Environmental as required by the company.

Oversee all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment and installation, and ensure all are in good and proper working order based on the maintenance plan.

Day-to-day operations of the entire facility, electrical installation,n and monitoring of 400 V facility equipment’s performance. This will also include overseeing production equipment, maintenance, and contractor work arrangements.

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical fault circuits/systems and provide recommendations to minimize recurrence or long-term solutions.

Ensure all laws and regulations related to electrical systems and installation are complied with the authority.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing or Engineering.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
