Technician / Handyman (Georgetown)

Requirements
-At least SPM qualification.
-Minimum Two (2) years working experience will be advantages.
-Must have own transport.
-Available to work 6 days a week (1 rest day).
-Willing to travel between Georgetown and Butterworth, Penang.
-Strong responsibility and time management skills.

Responsibilities
-Perform maintenance and repair work such as basic furniture repairs, changing electrical appliances, and minor renovations including paint touch-ups on walls, ceilings, and doors.
-Troubleshoot, repair, and service air conditioning units independently.
-Use power tools and maintenance-related machinery effectively.
-Conduct Plumbing, Carpentry, and Fittings and others technical wise job required.
-Minor renovation work if needed.
-Carry out minor fitting repairs on doors, windows, etc.
-Perform checks to ensure apartment rooms are in working order and address any necessary repairs.
-Knowledge in air conditioning servicing is an added advantage.
