Technician

Requirements
-Willing to travel for onsite installation and support.
-Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level.
-Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers.
-Good knowledge of computer systems, IT components, and printers.

Responsibilities
-Provide technical support for POS hardware, AIDC products, and related devices.
-Perform onsite installation and setup of hardware, including configuring software and drivers.
-Repair and troubleshoot devices such as printers, scanners, and mobile computers.
-Respond to service issues and customer requests promptly and professionally.
-Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of technical issues.
