Job Description

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and home appliances efficiently

Identify faults and recommend appropriate solutions for electrical equipment and appliances

Install, set up, and test new electrical systems and appliances as required

Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Maintain proper documentation of repairs, installations, and service activities

Job Requirement

Possess relevant experience in electrical work and home appliance repair

Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and appliance issues

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred

Candidates with hands-on experience in the electrical field are encouraged to apply

Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
