Telco Retail Sales Associate | Kuala Lumpur & Selangor | Unlimited Commission

Job Descriptions:

Proactively present and sell products and services to walk-in clients, handle payment, attend to service enquiries and complaints

Handle Bill Payments, POS system, and emails

Responsible for monetary transactions and company stocks (e.g. Phone, SIM Card, Accessories, Cash, etc.)

Involve Instore and outdoor roving.

To assume any other assignments from the Management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SPM or a high school diploma; additional education in customer service or retail is an advantage.

Must have basic English communication skills

Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

Passion & motivated in doing sales

Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.

Working day: 5 days per week with 2 rotational off days include weekend & PH

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
