Telemarketing Executive (Multiple Campaigns)

We are currently hiring Telemarketing Executives to support various outbound and customer engagement campaigns. This role offers exposure to different industries and service-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:
-Contact customers to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries
-Promote and introduce services to potential customers
-Assist in collecting required documents for customer applications
-Support payment collection (e.g., deposits) when required by the campaign
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
-Achieve daily productivity targets and KPIs set by clients

Requirements:
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle outbound calls confidently and professionally
-Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
-Goal-driven and able to work in a KPI-focused environment
