Requirements
-Minimum SPM qualification.

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.
-Strong communication, persuasive, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
-Achieve sales targets set by the company.
-Manage and optimize Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and convert into 2KM Florist App sales.
-Convert social media (FB, IG, XHS) comments & messages into sales via the app.
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
-Provide timely support via WhatsApp, calls, and social platforms.
-Maintain and update customer details on online platforms.
-Inform customers of promotions and deals.
-Report customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
