Requirements
·Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
·Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin and English is an advantage
·Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
·Comfortable with target-based environment
·Willing to learn financial products and sales techniques
·Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm

Responsibilities
·Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, or leads provided by the company
·Understand customer financial situations and provide suitable recommendations
·Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships
·Build trust with customers and provide professional consultation
·Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth processing
·Maintain proper records and documentation of customer details
