Telesales Executive

What You’ll Do
-Engage & Inspire: Reach out to potential donors via phone/email, sparking interest in our impactful charity campaigns.
-Build Relationships: Cultivate trust and long-term donor connections by highlighting the value of our initiatives.
-Promote & Advocate: Present stories of our partner charities in English and Mandarin to inspire generosity.
-Achieve & Grow: Meet and exceed sales/fundraising targets, directly contributing to our mission-driven growth.
-Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with your team, share ideas, and continuously develop through training and coaching.
-Track & Improve: Keep accurate records of donor interactions and sales activities in our systems.

What We’re Looking For
-Min. SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
-At least 1 year of experience in sales, or fundraising.
-Excellent communication skills in English + Mandarin (spoken & written).
-Proven track record of hitting targets.
-Collaborative, adaptable, and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office).
