Telesales Executive

Minimum SPM qualification.
1-2 years of proven telesales experience, preferably within the telecommunication or
internet services industry.
Demonstrated success in cold calling, upselling and closing.
Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling products/services to meet customer needs.
Strong understanding and application of closing techniques to secure sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
