Tender Executive

Lead global and regional RFQs, managing end-to-end responses.
Consolidate and process APAC pricing (excluding North Asia) for global/regional tenders.
Maintain and analyze Historical Tender Database based on won RFQs.
Handle RFIs within required timelines and ensure timely submissions.
Perform RFQ sanity checks (98% accuracy target) before submission.
Ensure complete and accurate rate components (units & currencies) in submissions.
Support Sales Operations in generating profitability reports.
Maintain Tender Pricing Contact List and ensure data accuracy.
Respond to emails within 24 hours.
Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
Consolidate and update RFI data using Tender Database & Resource Centre.
Manage RFI library, validate FAQs, and update new insights from completed RFIs.
Ensure RFI compliance with internal policies and processes.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Support ad-hoc tasks, pricing analysis, and projects aligned with business goals.
