TIKTOK LIVESTREAMER

Job Description
Position: Full-Time Online & Offline Livestream Host

1. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily TikTok livestreaming sessions for a minimum of 6 hours per day.
- Interact and engage with viewers to maintain an active and entertaining livestream.
- Participate in PK battles, entertainment activities, and individual talent performances.
- Communicate with viewers and encourage audience participation.
- Follow the livestreaming schedule and company guidelines.
- Cooperate with the Operations Team and follow the guidance provided.
- Maintain a professional attitude, punctuality, attendance, and good on-camera performance.
- Work towards the applicable performance targets and commission tiers.

2. Job Requirements
- Able to commit to the required livestreaming hours and working schedule.
- Willing to appear on camera and interact with viewers.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willing to learn and participate in entertainment-based livestreaming activities.
- Able to work independently and cooperate with the Operations Team.
- No prior livestreaming experience is required; training and one-on-one guidance will be provided.

3. Position Details
- Employment Type :Full-Time
- Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO) / Work From Home (WFH), subject to company arrangement.
- Platform: TikTok
- Working Hours: Minimum 6 hours of livestreaming per day.
- Salary Structure: Basic Salary + Full Attendance Bonus + Commission + Additional Performance Bonuses, subject to company policy and applicable eligibility requirements.
- Trial Period: 5 consecutive days, with an allowance of RM30 per day.
- Probation Period: 30 days.

4. Equipment & Support
The company will provide the necessary equipment and support, subject to the applicable work arrangement:
- Livestreaming room or studio for WFO hosts.
- Mobile phone and phone cooler, if required.
- Lighting equipment.
- Training, guidance, and ongoing support from the Operations Team.

5. Livestreaming Content
- Entertainment and audience interaction.
- PK battles and interactive activities.
- Individual talents and performances.
- No product selling is required.

6. Performance & Compensation
- Salary and commission arrangements will follow the company's applicable salary structure.
- Commission is based on the applicable tiered target system.
- Additional performance bonuses may be awarded according to company policy.
- Hosts who fail to complete the required livestreaming hours may receive payment calculated at 20% of generated revenue or streaming performance, subject to the applicable company policy.

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to improve.
- Maintain consistent livestreaming performance and cooperate with the Operations Team.
