Tour Operation Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

What you'll be doing

Coordinating and managing the daily operations of our travel packages, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and leisure activities

Liaising with suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and ensure the availability of services for our customers

Preparing detailed itineraries and travel documents for our clients

Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise

Monitoring and analyzing tour performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to promote our travel offerings and attract new business

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry, preferably in a tour operation or travel agency role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively

Proficiency in using travel management software and other relevant technology

A passion for the travel industry and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experiences

Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (an additional language would be an advantage). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
