About the Role
Join one of Malaysia’s established FMCG companies and play a key role in connecting our brands with consumers nationwide. We’re seeking a results-driven professional who can combine trade marketing execution with strong analytical skills to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute trade marketing campaigns and promotions across modern trade and traditional channels.

Work closely with distributors and retailers to ensure product visibility, impactful displays, and effective activations.

Analyze sales data, market performance, and customer trends to generate actionable insights for management.

Prepare reports and presentations to support sales and marketing decisions.

Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and brand marketing teams to deliver business objectives.

Manage trade marketing budgets and monitor ROI to ensure cost-effective execution.

Conduct market visits to assess in-store execution and competitor activities.

Who We’re Looking For

Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Able to translate data into clear recommendations.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and disciplined in campaign execution.

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (essential to liaise with stakeholders and trade partners).

A team player who enjoys both data analysis and hands-on market execution.
