Job Description

Managing as well as advising clients on intellectual property-related matters, particularly trademarks.

Drafting submissions to the Malaysian Intellectual Property Office and ensuring that all IP related matters are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner to comply with appropriate deadlines and regulations.

Monitoring application status.

Attending to clients queries and correspondences.



Job requirements

Possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or its equivalent.

Prior experience in IP specifically in the area of Trademarks will be advantageous.

A good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Good time and task management skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and under minimum supervision.

A good team player.

Possess a high level of commitment and responsibility.
