Travel Consultant

Requirements
-Computer Literacy: Basic Computer Operations
-Had working experience in Hospitality & Travel industry
-Attempt good soft skill
-Able to deal with occurring travel problems, complaints
-No experience is okay; the most important thing is to have a passion for tourism, a sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
-Handle inquiries via email, phone, social media
-Book transportation, arrange facilitators, prepare passes/vouchers, make hotel reservations, arrange car rental/transfer, and manage payments
-Liaise with travellers regarding bookings, schedules and insurance
-Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
-Update sales report and send to specified receiver daily/monthly
-Prepare tourist or visitor information
-Establish a good working relationship with partner's / clients and other professionals
