Travel & Tour Guide Specialist - Wangsa Maju

Job Responsibilities :
-Conduct guided tours for individuals or groups, delivering clear, accurate, and engaging commentary.
-Research, learn, and present information about the tour sites, history, culture, and relevant facts.
-Answer guest questions professionally and provide recommendations when required.
-Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all participants during the tour.
-Assist with tour logistics including ticketing, scheduling, and crowd management.
-Adhere to company policies, health & safety regulations, and customer service standards.
-Manage unexpected situations (e.g., delays, emergencies, or guest concerns) with professionalism.
-Promote company services and enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications/ Requirements :
-Minimum SPM / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
-Previous experience in guiding, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
-Strong public speaking, storytelling, and communication skills.
-Fluency in [Bahasa Malaysia/English/other relevant languages]; multilingual ability is an advantage.
-Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
-Ability to manage groups of people and work in outdoor/varied environments.
-Good time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long durations.
