Role Summary:
Designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces and experiences for custom business applications. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

Job Description
Responsibilities:

Design and prototype user interfaces for Web, Desktop Apps and Mobile Apps.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Apply UX best practices to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and ease of use.
Collaborate with UI developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Maintain design documentation and UI style guides.
Optimize existing Apps for better usability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing projects.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)

Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects.
Bonus:

Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing Power Apps projects.
