Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: RM3200 – RM4000

Housing Allowance: RM1050

Meal Allowance: RM200

Transport Allowance: RM150

Commission: Up to RM2000 (based on personal and group performance)

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve team sales targets.

Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Lead visual merchandising to boost sales.

Handle in-store activities and work closely with team members and customers.

Use strong persuasion and multitasking skills.

Be friendly and approachable with customers.

Working Hours & Schedule:

5 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays

2 off days per week (based on schedule; not selectable)

Working hours: Between 10am – 10pm

The nature of this job requires constant movement around the shopfloor during working hours

Requirements:

Preferably 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role (luxury retail experience is a bonus)

Must be able to speak Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

Energetic, well-presented, self-driven, and a team player

Passionate about sales and great with customers

Strong communication and people skills
