Utility & Industry Effluent Treatment System (IETS) Engineer

Ensure EHS rules are followed and maintain a safe workplace

Operate and monitor effluent treatment systems (IETS)

Track and report monthly IETS performance

Ensure discharge complies with regulatory standards

Plan and carry out maintenance for IETS equipment

Implement ISO 14001 / quality systems

Support setup or upgrade of IETS systems

Troubleshoot utility issues and support maintenance

Liaise with authorities on environmental matters

Monitor utility usage and improve efficiency

Support plant operations during emergencies/turnarounds

Manage vendors and outsourced services



Utility & Industry Effluent Treatment System (IETS) Technician

Ensure EHS rules are followed and maintain a safe working environment

Perform general plant operations (chemical prep, pumps, filtration, etc.)

Monitor systems and collect samples as required

Assist in equipment start-up, shutdown, and operation

Support troubleshooting of plant and equipment issues

Follow SOPs, WIs, and complete required checklists/log sheets

Report any issues or abnormal conditions to superior

Support plant trials, testing, and improvement activities

Coordinate and provide accurate handover information between shifts

Operate and monitor IETS to ensure regulatory compliance

Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of plant area

Comply with ISO standards and perform other duties as assigned
