Visual Merchandiser

Job Description


Responsible for visual merchandising planning and visual merchandising display guide development. Ensure the display planning is with effective store zoning to build appealing story telling
Understand VM display trend and propose for update on VM display format from time-to-time
Develop ideation and proposal for window display concept, graphic artwork and source display props for seasonal launch highlight
Perform visual merchandising display and promotional display setup for new store opening, events and campaigns
Inspect and evaluate store VM display and coach staff for refinement and improvement
Communicate and coach store staff on visual merchandising display, ensure the display accordance to VM guideline
Responsible for fashion wardrobe for model styling, upkeep and refresh seasonally
Prepare fashion styling for fashion show and campaign shoot
Cross functional communication and alignment among departments for seasonal store display, product launch and campaigns
Liaise with suppliers on costing negotiation, job confirmation and installation arrangement
Assist on graphic designs development for branding and promotional usage


Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree/Higher in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising or equivalent
Preferably with 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field and possesses a strong portfolio of sample projects
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal). Proficiency in Bahasa Cina is a plus
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or equivalent
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
