Visual Merchandiser

Requirements

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or any related field
At least 1–2 years of working experience in visual merchandising or a similar field
Fresh graduates with strong passion and relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply
Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car for travel between locations
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks (e.g., setting up displays, lifting materials)
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization, layout, and visual arrangement
Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities

Follow the company’s guideline to develop and maintain compelling product showcase & display in stores, events and e-commerce platform.
Conceptualise designs such as display, POSM, poster, signboard, cabinet etc that follow the themes of launches and promotions.
Work closely with sales and marketing team in planning on the display, POSM, poster, signboard, cabinet.
To travel local and outstation stores from time to time and assist in displaying and ensure displays are up to standards.
Allocate visual merchandise items to respective stores.
Liaise with supplier and vendors for printing, creation and building, visual merchandising supply items etc.
Liaise with designer for design.
Other related tasks assigned from time to time.
