Visual Merchandiser

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Visual Merchandiser to develop, maintain, and elevate our brand's retail image across the Central Region. This role is pivotal in ensuring our visual merchandising standards are executed flawlessly to support retail sales performance and enhance the customer experience.



Key Responsibilities:
Retail Image Management: Develop, implement, and regularly optimize visual merchandising standards and guidelines for all stores.

In-Store Execution: Conduct regular store spot-checks and visits to ensure visual setups comply with company standards. Oversee daily image maintenance and manage repair requests.

Project Management: Lead and track the rollout of new product launch materials and oversee store construction, renovation, and image upgrade projects from planning to completion.

Material & Inventory Control: Manage the distribution of marketing materials, maintain regional warehouse inventory, and forecast future material needs for procurement.

Data & Administrative Duties: Handle daily data management, including image agreement collection, expense reporting, quotation verification, and generating operational reports.

Training & Collaboration: Train retail staff and trainers on visual standards and collaborate with sales managers to plan and request regional image support from headquarters.



Job Requirements:
Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail image management, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficient in data management and reporting.

Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with store teams, management, and external vendors.

Proactive problem-solver with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is highly preferred to engage effectively with local audiences. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
