Visual Merchandising Supervisor

1. Visual Merchandising Execution & Management (VM Execution)
Responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of VM standards (VM SOP) across assigned stores to ensure consistent brand image
Lead and execute visual merchandising for IP collaborations, new product launches, and major promotional campaigns
Conduct regular store visits to audit display, materials, props, and pricing accuracy; ensure timely rectification and follow-up

2. Sales-Driven VM Optimization (Sales-Driven VM)
Optimize merchandising layouts based on sales data and product strategies
Drive product visibility, store traffic, basket size, and overall sales performance
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan and execute VM strategies for campaigns and new launches

3. Store SOP Implementation & Training
Support the development and continuous improvement of store operations and VM-related SOPs

Ensure effective SOP implementation and consistency across stores

Provide VM training and daily merchandising guidance to store staff

4. Materials & Cost Management
Manage logistics planning and allocation of VM materials and props
Monitor and control related costs to ensure efficient resource utilization

5. Project Execution & Cross-functional Coordination
Lead VM execution for new store openings, store renovations, and key projects
Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Track project timelines and ensure on-time completion in line with required standards

6. Team Management & Capability Development
Supervise and guide VM team members or store personnel to enhance execution capability
Establish standardized training systems to continuously improve merchandising and operational performance
