Customer Service & Experience
Greet customers warmly and assist with seating.
Present menus and provide recommendations on food and drinks.
Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and barista team.
Ensure customers have everything they need and check on their satisfaction.
Order Delivery & Table Service
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Follow Illy’s standards for presentation and service.
Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
Sales & Upselling
Suggest pairings and promote seasonal specials.
Upsell Illy’s coffee, pastries, and signature items.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
Keep the dining area clean, organized, and presentable.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Assist with Opening & Closing Tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor.
Team Support & Efficiency
Assist the cashier, baristas, and kitchen team as needed.
Help manage peak hours by working efficiently with the team.
