Waiter

Requirements:
-Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
-Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
-Strong communication skill and ability to work well in a team
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
-Positive attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Friendly, professional attitude and appearance.

Responsibilities
-Main responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
-Greeting and escorting customers to their tables in a friendly and welcoming manner.
-Present the menu and QR codes to customers and provide them with an explanation of the ordering process
-Arrange the table and ensure that the dining area is kept clean.
-Take customer orders and serve the food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
-Ensure that customer have everything they need including condiments, utensils.
-Providing menu recommendations, addressing enquiries as required
-Stay informed about the menu and potential allergens in the dishes
-Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
-Clean up and reset the table after each service
-Check in with customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
-Ensure daily inventory of restaurant supplies is updated and maintained on a daily basis.
-Keep track of customer preferences and provide personalized service when possible.
-Follow and maintain all food safety and hygiene standards.
-Handle guest complaints or concerns politely and efficiently.
