💼 Job Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Assist in setting up and clearing tables.

Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth dining experience.



✅ Requirements
Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above.

Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Experience in F&B is an advantage, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Team player with a passion for customer service.
