WAITER/WAITRESS

Qualifications/Skills:
-SPM/MCE or equivalent.
-Minimum 1 year working experience.
-Conversant in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
-Confident, matured and able to lead stuff.
-Self-motivated and strive for excellence.
-Have the right attitude and aptitude for the job.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-To report for duty punctually wearing the proper uniform and name badges at all times.
-Table setting of dining rooms and side stations.
-Must be knowledgeable in Restaurant Equipment such as glassware, chinaware, flatware & linen.
-Must be able to make coffee, keeping bread and rolls warm and condiments clean.
-Must at all times maintain the general cleanliness of the restaurant.
-Must have complete knowledge of the restaurant menus.
-Proper method of taking orders, and placing orders in the POS system.
-Must be knowledgeable in beverages and wines.
-Must be able to handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
