WAITER/WAITRESS - Penang Island

What you'll be doing
-Warmly greeting and welcoming customers to the establishment
-Efficiently taking food and beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen team
-Serving dishes and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
-Ensuring tables are set up and cleared appropriately
-Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
-Handling customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly and courteously
-Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
-Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to provide a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for
-Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Strong attention to detail and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-A team player who is willing to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the establishment
-Familiarity with food and beverage service standards and procedures
-Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
