Warehouse Assistant (FULL TIME)

Warehouse Assistant
Salary: RM1,700 - 2,600
Location: Segambut / Kepong
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 09.00AM – 05.30PM

Basic requirements:
• SPM graduates and secondary school leavers are welcome to apply.
• Able to handle and move heavy goods (sometimes).
• No prior work experience required, but those with warehousing or logistics experience will be given priority.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, able to accurately process orders and inventory data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
• Able to cooperate with company arrangements and work overtime or on weekends when necessary. (Overtime pay provided)

Job Descriptions:
• Process customer orders including preparing airway bills, picking up stock, conducting pre-shipment stock checks, packing, completing and verifying all daily shipment packages, and requesting shipment pick-ups.
• Update tracking numbers for customer information.
• Assist Supervisor with stock checks.
• Perform loading and unloading of stock.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse through regular housekeeping activities.
• Preparing supplies for daily usage.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or Management.
