Warehouse Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Plan and manage outbound activities.

Conduct investigation for any shipment / delivery discrepancies to customer.

Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Monitor and control transporters arrangements on trucks planning and window time (frequent follow up).

Manage outbound OT needs and staff performance.

Plan and closely follow up with transporter to achieve delivery KPI

Prepare and present to HOD on department KPI.(With Power point slide).

Managing outbound related reports and data entry.

Assist with inbound unloading & planning activities where required.

Job Requirements:

Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and transportation processes.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and warehouse management software.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
