Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1) Order Fulfillment & Logistic Coordination

Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and delivery activities to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Shipping, Cold Chain, and Administration to support operational requirements.

Liaise with transporters, couriers, and logistics providers to arrange and monitor deliveries.

Evaluate and compare freight and courier rates to ensure cost effective deliveries.

Investigate and resolve operational issues, including delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipment delays.

2) Inventory Management

Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock control practices, cycle counts, and periodic stock audits.

3) Warehouse Operations

Coordinate daily warehouse activities to support efficient operations.

Support warehouse operational requirements and ensure smooth workflow between departments.

4) Documentation & Compliance

Ensure all warehouse-related records and documentation are properly maintained, secured, and updated.

Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and maintain temperature records for air-conditioned rooms, cold rooms, and freezers to ensure compliance with cold chain requirements.

Support warehouse housekeeping and ensure a safe, organized, and clean working environment.

5) Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.

Support duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.





Qualifications & Requirements:
Preferably candidates with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, including outbound operations.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems; experience with Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work as a team and willing to assist with material handling activities when required.

Reach truck license or operating experience is an added advantage.
