Warehouse Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

Candidates must possess at SPM/ Diploma / Degree
1–2-year experience required
Required Language as Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
Meticulous and attention to details with good interpersonal and pleasant personality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto count system
Possess communication skills to interact with people all levels.
Overtime, Weekend and Public Holiday work is acceptable

5 working days per week.
Responsibilities

Responsible for store operations, warehouse in and out processes
Maintenance of adequate storage and inventory systems
Responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, retrieval and distribution of goods
Handle and maintain an efficient distribution system to ensure on-time deliveries
Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
Record all transactions and perform regular ageing analysis
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth receiving, shipping, and purchasing processes
Understanding of QC procedures, Autocount system
