Warehouse Executive (Seberang Perai)

Job Responsibility:
-To montior and control warehouse operation team/attendance/safely.
-To update daily reporting and report to immediate manager.
-Too cordinate and communication with customer an operation matters and warehouse vendors.
-To manage the warehouse service provider service quality.
-To maintain generally facility cleaning and overal cleanliness.
-To ensure operation adhre to customer requirements.
-To manage and process order in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
-Prepare picking plan and print out picking/checking list . Segregate picking by region/requirement/type.
-Liasing between customer and transporter regarding anything about order delivery (RDD/status/issue add hoc.

Job Requirement:-
-At least 3-5 years experience in similar capacity in Warehousing and Distribution.
-Min STPM/Diploma or equivalent field
-More than 3 years of experience in SAP/WMS system or any other related WMS.
-Excellent knowledge of Warehousing - ESD Operations/ Semicon Industry
-Proficient computer skills, specifically in Ms. Excel and WMS
-Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
-Reliable and able to work independently.
-Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
-Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu. Both verbal and written skills.
-Knowledge in Warehouse management
-Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
-Ability to work independently, attention to details and sense of urgency
-A team player with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
-Able to interact with people at all levels.
-Ability to maintain confidentially of information.
-Able to work in Seberang Perai, Penang
