Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Shipment & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of shipping documentation.
Release outgoing shipments to appointed freight forwarders and arrange local transportation and deliveries.
Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and hauliers to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
2. Warehouse Operations & Material Handling
Perform daily warehouse operations, including:
Inbound activities such as goods receiving and container loading/unloading
Outbound activities including picking and packing
General material handling tasks
Execute warehouse activities efficiently based on operational priorities and requirements.
3. Production Warehousing Support
Manage daily warehouse activities supporting production, including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and returning of raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
Ensure timely and accurate material issuance to production lines according to production schedules.
Monitor and control WIP movements between production stages with proper documentation.
4. System Transactions (SAP)
Perform all required SAP transactions accurately and promptly, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and RMA-related movements.
Ensure all material movements are properly recorded and reflected in the system (SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA).
5. Inventory Control & Accuracy
Maintain accurate inventory records within SAP or other ERP systems.
Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and support physical inventory counts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, variances, and root causes, and implement corrective actions.
6. Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all warehouse and shipment documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and audit requirements.
Maintain proper filing, archiving, and record-keeping of all inbound and outbound documents.
7. Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Procurement, and warehouse teams to support smooth operations.
Assist in internal and external audits related to warehouse and inventory processes.
Prepare and submit operational reports, including inventory status, stock variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Safety, Housekeeping & Workplace Standards
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and operational procedures.
9. Process Improvement & Collaboration
Support and participate in initiatives to improve warehouse, inbound, outbound, and production workflows.
Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and cross-functional departments to meet operational goals.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
10. Additional Duties
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager or AT Hub Manager as required.
Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant working experience in a production or manufacturing warehousing environment.
Skills & Requirements
Experience with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
Strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant working experience in a production or manufacturing warehousing environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Possession of a valid forklift license (training can be provided if required).
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours when operationally necessary.
