Warehouse Intern

Job Summary
The Warehouse Intern supports daily warehouse and inventory operations by assisting with stock monitoring, inventory counting, material handling, order fulfilment, shipment preparation, and system documentation. This role provides hands-on experience in warehouse management.

Job Responsibilities
The Warehouse Intern is responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities to ensure efficient material flow and accurate stock management.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with receiving, storing, picking, issuing, and organizing goods within the warehouse.
• Supporting inventory control activities such as stock counting, and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Checking physical stock against system records and reporting any discrepancies, shortages, damages, or missing items.
• Assisting with the preparation and fulfilment of sales orders by verifying Bills of Material (BOM), checking stock availability, & picking required materials.
• Coordinating with Warehouse, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, and other departments.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while adhering to company safety procedures & work instructions.
• Performing other warehouse and inventory-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications
1) Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2) Experience: No prior work experience is required.
3) Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
4) Ability to work in a warehouse environment are essential for this role.

This internship is ideal for students who are interested in developing their knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes while gaining hands-on experience in a professional working environment.

Candidates who are available for a six-month internship period and are able to commence in December 2026 will be given preference.

Internship allowance: RM1,500 (per month)
