Warehouse Manager

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 5-10 years of working experience in warehouse/logistics management, preferably in trading or industrial distribution sectors.
-Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse processes.
-Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small to mid-sized team.
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Hands-on, proactive attitude with good attention to detail.
-Knowledge of safety and compliance practices in warehouse environments.
-Forklift license or experience operating warehouse equipment is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
-Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
-Manage inventory accuracy through proper stock control, cycle counting, and reconciliation with the system.
-Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
-Plan and optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow for efficiency.
-Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
-Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, handle discrepancies, and resolve operational issues.
-Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs, ISO procedures, and safety policies.
-Ensure proper documentation for goods received and dispatched (DO, GRN, delivery records, etc.).
-Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, racks).
-Prepare monthly reports on inventory, stock turnover, and warehouse performance KPIs.
