Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities
-Warehouse Operations - Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking and delivery.
-Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
-Team Leadership & Supervision – Lead, train and supervise warehouse staffs.
-Health, Safety & Compliance - Enforce warehouse safety standards, SOPs, and good housekeeping practices (5S).
-Systems & Documentation – Ensure proper use of ERP/WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting. Prepare regular reports on inventory accuracy, warehouse KPIs, and operational performance.
-Coordination & Communication - Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Finance departments. Manage external transporters for inward collection and outward delivery of goods.
-Continuous Improvement & Cost Control - Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and reduce handling costs. Implement best practices in inventory control, material handling, and space optimization.

Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
-3 to 5 years of warehouse or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Strong knowledge of inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, and warehouse operations.
