Warehouse Officer/ Executive

Job Description:

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure optimal inventory levels.

Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper documentation and system updates.

Supervise and guide warehouse staff to improve efficiency and performance.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and accuracy.

Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.



Requirements:

Diploma in any related field and/or at least 2 years of industry experience.

Familiar with warehouse management systems and inventory controls.

Good math skills to ensure accurate inventory calculation.

Proactive, organized, and good communication skills.
