Exciting Career Opportunity: Warehouse Operations cum Inventory Support Executive (仓库运营兼库存主管) at Eng Sheng Sdn Bhd – BINTULU Branch, Sarawak!

Eng Sheng Sdn Bhd - Bintulu’s branch is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Warehouse Operations Cum Inventory Support Executive to join our team! We are looking for someone fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients. If you have a passion for logistics and a commitment to excellence, this is your chance to make a significant impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities: -

Operational Oversight: Manage all activities related to warehousing, logistics, housekeeping, machinery maintenance, and employee safety.

Inventory Control: Ensure efficient inventory management (manual and system) to maintain minimal variance between records and physical stock.

FIFO Procedures: Enforce FIFO principles to minimize material aging, deterioration, and waste.

System Accuracy: Ensure timely and accurate data entry into our inventory system, with necessary adjustments.

Stock Counts: Participate in planning and conducting stock counts to prevent discrepancies.

Delivery Management: Monitor daily delivery arrangements to ensure timely order execution.

SOP Development: Establish operational processes and conduct team training.

Performance Analysis: Analyze activities, costs, and budgets to track progress.

Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Team Leadership: Lead and guide your team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications: -
- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warehouse inventory management or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Hands-on with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with SAGE WMS is an advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Certification in warehouse management or maintenance is a plus.
