Warehouse Storekeeper and Driver JD, Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management & Stock Control

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, checking, storing, and issuing materials.

• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure inventory stays within min/max levels.

负责日常仓库运营，包括收货、核对、入库、发料；维护准确的库存记录，定期盘点，确保库存处于安全水平。

2. Update inventory system, process adjustments, returns, and generate reports for stock accuracy.

更新库存系统，处理库存调整与退货，生成库存报告以确保数据准确性。

3. Create purchase orders, replenish stock based on guidelines, and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.

创建采购订单，根据需求补货，并与供应商跟进确保准时交货。

4. Oversee loading/unloading, movement of goods/equipment, stock rotation, packaging, labeling, and surplus handling.

负责货物装卸、设备移动、库存周转、包装、贴标及剩余库存处理。

5. Maintain good supplier relationships and coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.

6. Receive all incoming goods and reconcile with purchase orders; resolve any discrepancies.

7. Perform ad-hoc tasks, low-value procurement, and other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.

8. Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments.

司机的职责包括安排车辆的定期清洁和维护服务，根据道路和交通状况规划每条路线，以及管理付款。

9. Increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs. 提高客户满意度，确保客户对我们的运输需求的依赖。

10. Driver should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles.
