Well-Being Advisor (Retail Sales)

Requirements

Join our team as a Health Sales Consultant and play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling OSIM's innovative health products at various retail locations.

Basic salary RMRM3,000 + various commissions up to RM5,000
Able to communicate in Malay, Mandarin and English. Ability to communicate in local dialects will be an added advantage
Independent and responsible working attitude
Good communication and negotiation skills
Friendly and approachable personality
Responsibilities

To promote/market OSIM products and services.
Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
Responsible in handling all customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
To update and maintain customer interaction in the database.
To assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully.
To maintain amicable working relationship with business partners and customers.
To prepare of monthly reports and documentation (if any).
To demonstrates professional & technical selling skills and good product knowledge in dealing with customers to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
