Job Description
Responsibilities:
Product Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of our product suites, including their features and business functions, to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure optimal use of our products.

Business Analysis: Collaborate with clients and end-users to conduct detailed business functional analysis, ensuring that all client requirements are accurately gathered and aligned with project goals.

Gap Analysis: Lead gap analysis efforts during the project requirements phase, identifying any discrepancies between client expectations and the capabilities of our solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical to ensure the effective translation of client requirements into actionable customization plans, setting realistic timelines for delivery.

Functional Testing: Oversee and conduct functional testing, ensuring that the final solution aligns with both client expectations and product capabilities, verifying that all requirements are met.

Client Engagement: Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to clients, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively use the customized functionalities.

Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for client requirements, customization processes, and solution features, ensuring transparency and reference for future use.

Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the project's completion, troubleshooting issues and answering queries to ensure continued satisfaction and success.

Requirements:
Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computational Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Proven experience in business functional analysis, requirements gathering, and gap analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend complex business processes and translate them into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
