[WFH] Senior IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a full-time Business Analyst (Hybrid Working) who can apply professional skills in a wide range of tasks including:



Responsibilities:

Interacting with business stakeholders and customers via both online and physical meetings

Responsible for preparing User Requirements Specification, Functional and Technical Specifications. Experienced in designing storyboard, business rules, workflow, flow charts etc. is preferable. for gathering requirements, building new enhancements, and maintaining necessary documentation.

Responsible for capturing of quality user requirements and translating into technical specifications for projects.

Communicating with internal business and technical teams and external strategic partners on coordinating the entire cycle of a project to ensure it meets the project timeline and delivered to the agreed quality and delivery date.

Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

Involved in functional and user acceptance testing to ensure the deliverables are following the requirements accordingly.

Provide user training when required.



Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Business, Computational Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Candidates need to have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical and written skills with the ability to translate business requirements from end users to technical requirements.

Ability to create detailed documentations or reports and give presentations.

Ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.

Ability to make decisions and provide guidance.

Fluent in both written and verbal, English and Mandarin language to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Having prior experience as an IT developer and in-depth understanding of software development life cycle would be an added advantage.

Having basic knowledge in SQL or other technical programs to have better understanding on front end or back end systems would be an added advantage.

Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.

Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
