Key Responsibilities :

1. Guide clients through the Will-Writing process and help them express their wishes clearly

2. Gather necessary information about clients' assets, beneficiaries and special request

3. Ensure that wills comply with Legal Requirements and company guidelines

4. Provide professional Advice on Estate Planning and Assets Distribution

5. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience

6. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation


Job Requirements :

1. Minimum SPM qualification

2. Ability to explain legal concepts in simple terms

3. Strong communication skills

4. Team player with a proactive attitude
