WIREMAN

Wireman Responsibilities:
-Act as the main contact for electrical-related complaints from end users or clients.
-Conduct routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance for electrical systems.
-Support day-to-day operations and assist the Building Leader as required.
-Assist and collaborate with other maintenance trades when needed.
-Supervise service contractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
-Take responsibility for tools, PPE, spare parts, and inventory stock.
-Liaise and coordinate with vendors and clients on operational matters.
-Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or company.

Technician Requirements:
-Must possessed PW4 Certificate
-Fresh Graduate are Encourage to Apply
-Minimum 1 year of experience in property/facilities management.
-Strong understanding of building services for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed developments.
-Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
-Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
-Computer literate.
