Workshop Assistant Supervisor

Assist the Workshop Supervisor in planning, organizing, and coordinating workshop activities.

Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure workflow runs smoothly and deadlines are met.

Supervise and guide technicians, mechanics, and other workshop personnel in their duties.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Help maintain accurate records of jobs, equipment usage, and maintenance logs.

Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks based on priority and staff availability.

Conduct quality control checks on work performed.

Support inventory control and ordering of tools, parts, and materials.

Report any issues or delays to the Workshop Supervisor and suggest improvements.

Stand in for the Workshop Supervisor during absences.
